Wallet Manufacturing

How Custom Wallets Are Manufactured: From Sample to Retail Shelf

Quick answer: a custom wallet program runs through seven stages: design review & costing, material selection, sampling (5-10 days), sample approval, tooling & production (20-35 days), multi-stage quality control, and packaging & shipment.

Stage 1 — Design and costing

Send your sketch, spec or existing product. We confirm materials, hardware, capacity and target price to lock the build spec.

Stage 2-3 — Materials and sampling

Material swatches are confirmed first, then a physical sample is made with your logo if required. Samples ship in 5-10 days. Sampling fees are credited on production orders.

Stage 4-5 — Approval and production

After sample sign-off, production runs 20-35 days depending on volume. In-house cutting and stitching lines keep lead times predictable.

Stage 6 — Quality control

Four gates: incoming material check, in-line stitching QC, final assembly inspection, and AQL-based batch sampling. See our quality control page for detail.

Stage 7 — Packaging and shipping

From poly bags to branded presentation boxes, packaging is confirmed with your program. We ship worldwide by sea, air or express.
