Product range

Metal wallets and card holders we manufacture

Four metal platforms cover most brand programmes. Each can be customised for card capacity, mechanism, finish and logo.

Core

Metal card wallets

CNC aluminium bodies with elastic bands or screw-fastened plates; 6–12 card capacity and RFID-blocking options.

Materials & finishes

Specify the material and finish that fit your price point

Every metal line is built around one material decision. These are the four we machine most, with the finish options available on each.
MaterialWhat you get
Aluminium 6061 / 70750.8–1.2 mm bodies; CNC milled or laser cut; Type II / III anodising, bead blast, PVD, laser engraving. Default for pop-up and card-holder bodies.
Stainless steel0.6–1.0 mm; brushed or PVD coated; stamping + CNC. Heavier, scratch-resistant, low entry tooling.
Titanium (Gr 2 / Gr 5)0.6–1.0 mm; anodised colour or bead blast; CNC milled. Premium flagship builds, roughly 40% lighter than steel.
Forged carbon1.2–2.0 mm panels; gloss or matte clear coat; CNC trimmed. High-end limited lines, low volume only.

Pricing

MOQ, tooling and how pricing works

Unit price is never published — it moves with material, finish and quantity, so it is quoted per specification. What you can see up front is MOQ and tooling. Our cost breakdown shows BOM at 60–70% of landed cost for metal wallets.

Decision guide

Aluminium, titanium or forged carbon: how to choose

  • Aluminium. Best cost-to-weight for volume programmes; the workhorse for pop-up and card holders.
  • Stainless steel. Heaviest and most scratch-resistant; cheap to tool, ideal for rugged badge and card holders.
  • Titanium. Premium and roughly 40% lighter than steel; anodises to brand colours for flagship lines.
  • Forged carbon. Flagship aesthetic at a higher unit cost; reserve it for low-volume, high-retail launches.

Quality

Four checkpoints on every metal wallet order

Metal wallets fail most often on edge finish and mechanism clearance, so those are checked mid-batch, not just at the end.

01

Incoming material

Alloy certificate and thickness check on every coil and billet before it reaches the line.

02

In-process

CNC dimensions, card-slot clearance and mechanism fit measured mid-batch, not at the end.

03

Post-finish

Anodising colour and coating adhesion checked after finishing, before assembly.

04

Final AQL

AQL 1.0–2.5 per order, full inspection available. See the QC process.

Pricing logic

What actually moves your quote

  • Quantity. Moving from 500 to 5,000 pieces typically drops unit cost 18–30%.
  • Material. Titanium runs several times aluminium; forged carbon more again.
  • Finish. Type III anodising, PVD and two-tone add labour and rejection risk.
  • Mechanism. A pop-up ejector adds parts, springs and assembly steps versus a static plate.
  • Packaging. At low volume a foil rigid box can cost more than the wallet; poly bag and mailer are the cheap defaults.

FAQ

Metal Wallet Manufacturer sourcing, answered

What is your MOQ for metal wallets?
300 pieces per colour on existing designs. Custom metal bodies start at 500 pieces, full-custom mechanisms at 1,000.
Which materials can you machine?
Aluminium 6061/7075, stainless steel, titanium grades 2 and 5, and forged carbon. Aluminium is the default for pop-up and card-holder bodies.
Do metal wallets scratch credit cards?
Not when the card-contact surfaces are machined and finished properly. We radius and deburr every card slot and offer RFID-blocking liners; edge finish is the main thing cheap metal wallets get wrong.
Can you make a pop-up metal wallet?
Yes. The aluminium pop-up mechanism is one of our core platforms, with anodised bodies and a tested ejector spring.
Can you match a Ridge- or Ekster-style wallet?
We can engineer a same-form-factor platform with your own material, finish and mechanism, without copying proprietary designs or logos.
How long from sample to production?
Samples in 7–15 days, production 25–35 days after sample approval, depending on finish and volume.
