Engineering
Accessories are not afterthoughts. A key organiser that scratches a phone in the same pocket is a product that gets returned. A lanyard clip that opens under its own weight is a product that gets lost. We apply the same tolerance and testing standards to accessories as we do to wallets: key organisers are cycle-tested to 5,000 operations, lanyard clips to a 10 N pull-force minimum, and every piece is finish-matched to the wallet line it accompanies.
The full build logic — DFM, tolerances and equipment — is explained on our machining process page, with materials and surface options on the materials page.
All metal edges are chamfered and polished to a 0.2 mm radius so they will not scratch phone screens or wallet leather in shared pockets.
Lanyard and key-ring clips are cycled to 5,000 open/close operations. Failure threshold: less than 80 percent of initial closure force.
Every accessory is available in the same leather grades, aluminium anodising colours and carbon-fibre weaves as the wallet lines they accompany.
Buyer guidance
A wallet order is one SKU. A wallet plus a key organiser, a lanyard and a card sleeve is four SKUs and a higher average order value. The customer does not think of these as separate purchases; they think of them as completing a carry system. We design accessories to match the material, finish and branding of every wallet line, so the cross-sell feels natural rather than forced.
The practical benefit: you can launch a wallet programme and add accessories in month two without redesigning anything. The customer gets a unified brand experience. You get a higher margin per order.
Buyer guidance
A key organiser with sharp edges will scratch a phone screen in a shared pocket within a week. A lanyard clip with a burr will catch on pocket lining and open unexpectedly. We chamfer every metal edge to a 0.2 mm radius and polish to a 400-grit finish — the same standard we apply to wallet interiors. It adds ten seconds per piece in production and eliminates the most common accessory complaint: "It scratched my phone."
Buyer guidance
Instead of designing a new product for every customer request, we offer modular add-ons: tracker pockets that snap into existing wallets, lanyard clips that attach to any key organiser, card sleeves that slide into folio covers. Each module is a small SKU that extends the capability of a larger product, so you can respond to niche requests without building a new line from scratch.
The result is a product family that grows by addition, not multiplication. Each new module increases your catalogue without increasing your tooling budget.
