Packaging Is Part of the Product
TOPWALLET ships every order ready for the shelf, the subscription box, or the Amazon fulfilment centre. We do not ship loose products in generic cartons. Every unit is packed, labelled, and documented to your exact channel requirements — whether that means FBA-compliant poly bags with FNSKU labels or rigid magnetic gift boxes with euro-hole hang tabs. Our goal is simple: when your shipment arrives, you should be able to forward it straight to your customer or 3PL without opening a single carton. Every packaging tier is available on stock catalogue products and on OEM / ODM builds alike.
Carton and label details are generated from your confirmed packing list to eliminate customs discrepancies, with scannability verified before dispatch.
Packaging Options
Choose from four standard tiers, or commission fully custom packaging for maximum brand impact. All options are quoted as add-ons to the product unit price.
Individual Poly Bag
Every product is sealed in a clear, resealable poly bag with a suffocation warning printed in English, French, and German. This option meets Amazon FBA poly-bag requirements out of the box and is the most economical choice for high-volume, low-friction distribution. No additional tooling or artwork is required.
Kraft Sleeve
A recycled kraft-paper sleeve slides over the wallet and is sealed with a branded sticker. The sleeve surface is printable on three sides, giving you space for logo, features, and a QR code. This option signals sustainability without the cost of a full rigid box.
Rigid Gift Box
A heavyweight rigid board box with magnetic closure, foam insert, and full-colour outer wrap. The unboxing experience is comparable to retail brands at the $80–120 price point. Boxes are dimensioned to minimise dimensional weight for air freight.
Custom Box
Full structural and graphic customisation: die-cut windows, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, or unconventional shapes. Our packaging engineers produce structural prototypes in 5–7 days and mass-produce at MOQ 1,000 units.
Retail-Ready Features
We build channel-specific features into every packaging run so your product moves straight from container to shelf:
Hang holes
Euro hole (round) or J-hook (slotted) punched into backing cards or box hangers. Position and diameter are confirmed against your retailer’s planogram before production.
EAN / UPC barcode
We print your supplied barcode symbology at 300 dpi minimum to ensure POS scan reliability. If you do not have codes, we can register GS1-compatible barcodes on your behalf (fee applies).
Multi-language labels
Standard label sets cover English, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese. Additional languages (Italian, Dutch, Korean, Arabic) are available on request. All translations are verified by native-speaking staff, not machine translation.
Instruction booklet / warranty card
Folded booklet (A6 or DL) printed on 128 gsm coated stock, saddle-stitched or gate-folded. Content can be standard (care instructions, RFID FAQ) or fully customised to your brand voice.
Desiccant / moisture barrier
Optional silica-gel sachet and aluminium-laminated moisture barrier bag for high-humidity destinations or sea-freight legs exceeding 30 days.
FBA Compliance
Amazon’s inbound requirements are strict and violation can result in refused shipments or automatic removal. Our FBA-ready packing protocol covers every checkpoint, and compliance is verified by the same quality control team that signs off the product itself:
FNSKU labels
Printed on 50 mm x 25 mm thermal labels at 203 dpi, applied to the outside of each individual poly bag or box. We verify scannability with a Honeywell barcode verifier before dispatch.
Carton labels
Each master carton carries a 100 mm x 100 mm label stating: Made in China, net weight, gross weight, dimensions (L x W x H in cm), carton count, and your Amazon shipment ID. Labels are applied to two adjacent sides.
Pallet labels
For LCL and FCL shipments, each pallet receives a pallet label with SSCC-18 barcode, pallet weight, and pallet dimensions. Stretch-wrapping tension is recorded to prevent carton deformation.
Amazon packaging checklist
Before sealing any FBA-bound master carton, our QC team runs a 12-point checklist: suffocation warning present, bag thickness > 1.5 mil, single ASIN per carton, carton weight < 23 kg, no loose fill, no hazardous-material indicators. Non-compliant cartons are opened, corrected, and re-inspected at our cost.

Custom packaging follows a six-stage gate process with defined approval points:
Design Brief
You submit brand guidelines, target retail price, and any structural preferences (window, drawer, magnetic, etc.). We confirm feasibility and budget within 24 hours.
Structural Design
Our packaging engineer produces a 3D render and flat dieline. You approve dimensions, open/close mechanism, and insert configuration.
Artwork
Graphic designers lay out print files to dieline, including bleed, safe zones, and varnish masks. You receive a digital proof and a physical colour proof (for Pantone-matched jobs).
Sample
A hand-made prototype is produced in 5–7 days. We ship 2–3 units by express for your review. Structural or artwork revisions at this stage are free of charge.
Approval
You sign off the sample and return one unit as the sealed “golden sample.” No further changes are accepted after this gate.
Mass Production
Custom packaging MOQ is 1,000 units. Lead time is 15–20 days after approval, running in parallel with product production where possible.

Yes. FBA labelling is included in our standard packing protocol. We print FNSKU labels on verified thermal stock, apply them to every unit, and label master cartons with Amazon-compliant 100 mm x 100 mm carton labels. Our QC team runs a 12-point Amazon packaging checklist before sealing any FBA-bound shipment.
Custom packaging MOQ is 1,000 units per design. This applies to custom-printed boxes, sleeves, and inserts. For smaller test batches, we recommend starting with our standard Kraft Sleeve (+$0.30) or Rigid Gift Box (+$1.50–3.00) options, which have no MOQ beyond the product order minimum.
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Under DDP terms, we manage ocean or air freight, customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse or Amazon FBA centre. Typical door-to-door time is 25–40 days for ocean DDP and 7–12 days for air DDP.
