MOQ, tooling and how pricing works
Unit price is never published — it moves with material, capacity and quantity, so it is quoted per specification. What you can see up front is MOQ and tooling.
| Route | MOQ | Tooling | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stock design + logo | 300 pcs / colour | None | Logo and finish options; quote within 24 hours |

Decision guide
Material and capacity: how to choose
- Aluminium. Light, anodises to brand colours; the volume workhorse.
- Stainless steel. Heavier and more scratch-resistant; cheap to tool.
- Titanium. Premium and lightweight for flagship lines.
- Capacity. Two to four keys stays slim; six to eight keys needs longer posts and a deeper stack.
Quality
How we test key organizers before they ship
The failure point on a key organizer is the hardware — screws and detents — so those are checked mid-batch.
01
Hardware torque
Screw torque checked so keys stay tensioned without stripping.
02
Retention
Detent and clip retention tested across the key range.
03
Finish
Anodising colour and coating adhesion checked after finishing.
Pricing logic
What actually moves your quote
- Material. Titanium runs several times aluminium; stainless sits between.
- Quantity. 500 to 5,000 pieces typically drops unit cost 18–30%.
- Finish. PVD and two-tone add labour and rejection risk.
- Hardware. Custom inserts and screw types add cost versus stock hardware.
- Packaging. A rigid box can cost more than the organizer at low volume.
