Product Line
Compact key systems that stop keys jangling and tearing pockets. Small parts, tight tolerances, and a surprisingly high number of ways to get the stack geometry wrong.

Engineering
A key organiser is a stack tolerance problem. Add eight keys and a carabiner and the stack is 20 mm of accumulated thickness, any error in which shows up as a gap or a wobble. We machine the body slot to hold that stack under preload, and we specify the post hardware so it does not loosen with vibration.
The full build logic — DFM, tolerances and equipment — is explained on our machining process page, with materials and surface options on the materials page.
The body is machined so the stack stays under light compression, which is what stops keys rattling rather than just looking tidy.
Stainless posts with a thread-locking treatment, tested under a vibration protocol, because loosening posts are the top complaint in this category.
Separators are specified in a low-friction polymer so keys do not score the body or each other over time.
Buyer guidance
The claim is silence, and the reality is usually "quieter". Keys still move against each other unless the stack is under genuine compression. The difference is preload, and it is a machining tolerance rather than a design feature — which is why it is the first thing to check on a sample.
Put eight keys in, shake it next to your ear, and compare that to the marketing. We would rather you did that before ordering than after.
Buyer guidance
Real carry includes a carabiner, a bottle opener, a USB stick or a tracker. Each adds thickness and a different attachment geometry, and a body designed for six keys alone will not accommodate them.
We offer D-ring, O-ring, threaded-post and quick-release expansion options so the same body can serve a minimal and a loaded carry without two toolings.
Buyer guidance
The single most common specification error in this category is writing the body length before deciding what it has to hold. A standard house key is roughly 1.8 mm thick and a car key fob is 8–10 mm, so a six-key carry can be anywhere from 12 mm to 30 mm of stack depending entirely on what those keys are. Design for the nominal six and the product fails the customer who carries two fobs.
Work backwards instead. Decide the maximum stack the brand will claim, machine the body to that plus preload, and then state the key capacity conservatively on the listing. A product rated for four keys that comfortably holds six generates good reviews; one rated for eight that wobbles at six generates returns. The hardware matters as much as the body here — stainless posts with a thread-locking treatment survive vibration, and untreated ones are the top complaint in the category.

Questions
Standard bodies hold 2–8 keys. Expansion posts extend that without changing the body.
Not under our specification. Posts are thread-locked and vibration tested.
Yes — for AirTag and Tile formats, integrated into the body or as a stack module.
