Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pcs per colour for a stocked design. Custom tooling ODM programmes start at 3,000 units because mould amortisation only makes sense above that volume. Mixed-colour orders can be combined to reach the threshold.
How fast do you respond?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Quote within 24 hours for stock designs.
Can I combine different products to meet MOQ?
Yes. Multiple SKUs sharing the same tooling and material can be combined. Custom colours require volume per colour.
How do sample orders work?
Stocked samples are free; you cover courier. Custom samples carry a build charge that is credited back against your first production order. Lead time: 7–15 days.
Do you charge for tooling?
Yes. Injection mould tooling costs $2,000–$20,000 depending on complexity. Design engineering adds $3,000–$15,000 for ODM. Both are credited against production at 2,000–5,000 pcs volume.
Customization
What logo methods do you offer?
Laser engraving, deboss, hot-stamp, UV print and silk screen. Minimum logo size: 5u00d73 mm. Pantone matching available at 1,000+ pcs.
Can you match our existing colour?
Yes. Anodising is dyed to a reference chip, and we hold the master so reorders match the first run. Leather colours: black, brown, cognac, tan, navy, burgundy standard.
What packaging options are available?
Individual poly bag (included), kraft sleeve (+$0.30), rigid gift box (+$1.50–3.00). FBA label and barcode available.
Can we develop a completely new design?
Yes. ODM programmes start from a brief. Our engineers review for manufacturability, propose design changes, then move to prototyping. NDA signed before drawings are exchanged.
Quality & Compliance
How do you test RFID blocking?
Each batch is tested on our internal 13.56 MHz bench. We provide batch test reports per shipment. The shield blocks Visa payWave, Mastercard Contactless and most e-passports.
What is your QC process?
5 gates: IQC incoming u2192 first-article confirmation u2192 20% in-line inspection u2192 100% functional test u2192 AQL 0.65 outgoing inspection. Retained samples kept for 12 months.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI, REACH, RoHS, SGS, FCC and CE. Full audit reports available on request.
What is your warranty policy?
12-month structural warranty. Defect claims reviewed within 48 hours. If a defect is confirmed, we issue credit or replacement on the next order.
Logistics & Payment
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight for orders over $50,000. PayPal available for samples.
What incoterms do you work with?
FOB Shenzhen, CIF, DDP. We handle export documentation and customs clearance.
How long is production lead time?
Stock designs: 25–35 days after deposit. Custom tooling: add 15–25 days for mould. Sampling: 7–15 days.
Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. FBA label, barcode and polybag included. We ship to FBA warehouses in US, EU and UK.
