Stage 05
Can you make a sample first?
Stocked samples ship in 72 hours. Custom prototypes ready in 7–15 days. Pre-production samples included before mass run. Tooling cost credited back at 2,000–5,000 pcs.
Stage 06
Will the quality hold?
5 QC gates, AQL 0.65, 100% functional test. Every batch is sampled and retained for 12 months. Non-conforming units replaced within 48 hours.
Stage 07
How deep can OEM/ODM go?
OEM: full execution from your drawing or sample. ODM: choose from 200+ existing structures, modify mechanisms, materials and branding. NDA signed on request.
Stage 08
Can it ship retail-ready?
Poly bag, kraft sleeve, rigid gift box, magnetic closure. FBA labels, barcodes, insert cards. Your packaging enters Amazon or retail shelves without repacking.

Common sourcing questions
Stocked designs start at 300 pcs per colour. Custom designs with new tooling require a minimum of 3,000 units for the first order. Repeat orders can be as low as 1,000 units once tooling is amortised.
Stocked samples ship within 72 hours. Custom prototypes based on your drawing or reference sample take 7–15 days, depending on complexity and material availability. Pre-production samples are included before mass production starts.
We specialise in aluminium (6061-T6, 6063), stainless steel (304, 316L), brass, copper, genuine leather, carbon fibre and RFID-blocking materials. If your design calls for a material not on this list, send us the specification and we will source or recommend an alternative.
Yes. For anodising we match to Pantone codes or your physical reference sample. Typical colour deviation is within ΔE < 1.5. Sample boards ship in 72 hours so you can approve the finish before production.
Every batch is sampled and retained for 12 months. If a defect is confirmed, we trace it to the specific shift, machine and operator. Non-conforming units are replaced within 48 hours. We also offer video-call root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any design files are exchanged. Your tooling and moulds remain your property and are not used for other clients.
25–40 days from approved pre-production sample, depending on order size and finish complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with overtime shifts for an additional 15–20% surcharge.
Yes. We welcome factory visits and video calls. Our facility is in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, approximately 90 minutes from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. Schedule through your sales engineer.
