Request Samples
Hold the product before you commit. We ship evaluation samples from stock within 72 hours, and build custom pre-production samples to your drawing before any tooling investment.
Two paths
Stocked samples or built-to-spec samples
Pick the path that matches where your project actually is. Both end with a physical part in your hand.
| Path | Stocked sample | Custom pre-production sample |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | An existing catalogue item in a standard colour and finish | A part built to your drawing, material and branding |
| Lead time | 72 hours to dispatch | 7–15 days (add 15–25 days for new tooling) |
| Cost | Free unit, courier at your account or billed at cost | Build charge, credited against first production order |
| Best for | Validating build quality, mechanism feel and finishing | Validating fit, tolerances, branding and packaging before tooling |
| Quantity | Up to 3 units per design | 1–5 units |

How to evaluate
Run the same checks we run
Cycle the card ejection 500 times. The mechanism should stay smooth with no card-edge scoring, and the spring should return to the same position every time.
ToleranceInsert six cards plus three folded notes. A correctly toleranced aluminium shell holds them without the outer plate bowing.
Run a fingernail across the anodised edge. Type-II anodising should not flake; a painted finish will. Check colour consistency across two units side by side.
RFIDTest a 13.56 MHz card at a reader with the wallet closed, then open. A working shield blocks the closed state and reads when opened.
