Materials & Construction
Bodies are built from 3K twill carbon fibre laminate with a clear epoxy coat – rigid, ultra-light and CNC-machined at the edges. Sourcing Terms
Private-label branding starts at 300 pcs on an existing platform; OEM with new tooling runs from 1,000 pcs. Sampling takes 7-15 days, production 25-35 days after sample sign-off. Weights run 28-48 g depending on the model.

Is carbon fibre RFID-blocking?
The 3K twill models integrate an RFID shield inside the laminate. Custom builds can add a blocking layer to any structure.
What is the MOQ for custom carbon fibre wallets?
ODM: 300 pcs on an existing platform. OEM with new tooling: 1,000 pcs. Wholesale of established models: 500 pcs per model.
Do you offer forged carbon fibre?
Yes – selected models use a forged carbon fibre body with a forged-pattern finish, such as the Forged Carbon Fiber RFID Card Wallet.
How heavy are carbon fibre wallets?
The 3K twill RFID wallet runs about 48 g and the card holder 28-35 g, both measured on current production pieces.
How long does production take?
Sampling runs 7-15 days and production 25-35 days after pre-production sample sign-off, consistent with our other material programmes.
