Technical review
A sales engineer reads your brief, checks material and tooling feasibility, and flags anything that will move cost or lead time.
Costed proposal
You receive unit-price tiers by quantity, tooling cost if a new mould is needed, and a sampling plan with dates.
Sample build
Prototype or pre-production sample is built to your spec, photographed and shipped for your evaluation.
Production
After sample sign-off, mass production runs under the approved QC plan with staged inspection reports.
Replenishment
Approved tooling stays on our rack, so reorders skip development and ship on a shorter cycle.

Quote questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per colour for a stocked design. Custom tooling programmes start at 1,000 units because mould amortisation only makes sense above that volume. Mixed-colour orders can be combined to reach the threshold.
Do you charge for samples?
Stocked samples are free; you cover courier. Custom samples carry a build charge that is credited back against your first production order.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA or use ours. We sign before drawings are exchanged when a project involves unreleased product design.
How long does a custom development take?
7–15 days to a physical prototype for an aluminium or leather design. New mould tooling adds 15–25 days. Mass production starts 25–35 days after sample approval.
