Every inquiry receives a personal acknowledgment from your assigned account manager within one business day. This email confirms that we have received your request, summarizes the information you provided, and may include preliminary questions to help us refine the quote.
Step 2: Detailed Proposal Within 3–5 Business Days
Our engineering and pricing team reviews your requirements and prepares a comprehensive proposal that includes:
- Unit pricing at your specified quantity tier (with volume discount brackets)
- Tooling and mold costs (if custom design or private label customization is required)
- Sample pricing and timeline
- Production lead time estimate
- Packaging options and costs
- Shipping estimates (FOB Shenzhen, EXW, or DDP depending on your preference)
- Payment terms and contract structure
Step 3: Free Sample Evaluation
If you decide to proceed, we produce physical samples for your evaluation. Standard samples are complimentary for serious buyers (you cover shipping only). Custom samples requiring new tooling carry a tooling deposit that is credited against your first bulk order. Samples are typically ready within 7 business days.
Step 4: Contract, Deposit, and Production Scheduling
Upon sample approval, we issue a formal sales contract outlining specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards. Production begins upon receipt of your 30% deposit. Your account manager provides weekly production updates and pre-shipment inspection photos.
Step 5: Delivery & Ongoing Support
Finished goods are packed, inspected, and released upon balance payment. We provide full shipping documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin if required. After delivery, your account manager follows up to confirm satisfaction and discuss your next production cycle.

How fast can I get a quote?
Standard quotes are delivered within 3–5 business days. If your inquiry involves a simple ODM catalog product with minimal customization, you may receive a preliminary quote within 24 hours. Complex custom designs requiring DFM review, tooling analysis, or material sourcing may take up to 7 business days. We never rush a quote at the expense of accuracy — a precise quote saves both parties time and prevents surprises later.
Is there a charge for samples?
For clients with a confirmed bulk order intent, standard samples are free (you pay only international shipping, typically $25–$50 via DHL/FedEx). Custom samples requiring new tooling, specialized materials, or complex logo applications may require a tooling deposit ranging from $150–$500 depending on complexity. This deposit is always credited in full against your first bulk order.
What file formats do you accept for designs and logos?
For product designs and technical drawings, we prefer STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), or SolidWorks (.sldprt) files. For 2D technical drawings, PDF with dimension annotations is acceptable. For logos and artwork, we require vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. Raster images (PNG, JPG) must be at least 300 DPI for engraving or printing applications. If you do not have production-ready files, our design team can develop them from your concept sketches or reference images.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA or my 3PL warehouse?
Yes. We regularly ship directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers in the US, UK, EU, and Japan, as well as to third-party logistics (3PL) providers worldwide. We handle FBA-compliant labeling, carton labeling, palletization, and customs documentation. Just provide your FBA shipment plan or 3PL receiving instructions, and we will coordinate the rest.
Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?
Absolutely. We respect your intellectual property and brand confidentiality. TOP signs mutual NDAs with all clients before receiving proprietary designs, technical specifications, or business-sensitive information. We also maintain strict internal controls to prevent cross-contamination of client designs — your product remains exclusive to your brand.
