Material & Process Flexibility

Anodizing

What is the minimum order for an OEM project?

Our standard OEM MOQ is 500 units per SKU for designs requiring custom tooling. For designs that can be produced using existing dies and fixtures, the MOQ is 200 units. Trial orders of 50 units are available under our ODM program.

How long does tooling take, and who owns it?

Tooling lead time ranges from 15 days (progressive dies) to 40 days (multi-cavity injection molds). You own the tooling outright; we store and maintain it at no charge for 24 months. After 24 months, a nominal storage fee applies unless production is ongoing.

Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?

Yes. We execute mutual NDAs as a standard first step. Your designs, CAD files, and product concepts are stored on isolated servers with role-based access control. We have never reused client-exclusive tooling or designs for other customers.

Do you offer exclusivity for ODM designs?

Yes. For clients committing to minimum annual volumes, we offer territorial or channel exclusivity on ODM designs. Exclusivity terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and documented in a manufacturing agreement.

What surface finish do you recommend for a premium look?

For metal wallets, PVD coating in DLC (diamond-like carbon) or ZrN (zirconium nitride) provides the most premium appearance and durability. Can you produce wallets with electronic components (GPS, Bluetooth)?

How do you handle design changes after production has started?
